Ox Tails

Why not Ox shoulders instead of the tail?
I don't really understand why someone looked at an Ox and thought, "you know what? That beasts tail would be amazing in a soup". Tomatoes yes, chilli beef yes, Ox tail hummm.

Soup review: It tastes just like the CB, only more salty and with less beef and more ox.

Dipping choice for today: Salt and vinegar by walkers.
