Whoever made todays soup, should always make the soup.

The soup must get better as the week progresses, I wonder what saturday soup tastes like?
Todays is possible better than yesterdays, it's saltier and therefore, tastier. You know when you make a bolognese and then have it again the next day and it tastes even better? That is what has happened here i think. Or if not, whoever made todays soup, should always make the soup.

Dipping choice for today: Salt and Malt Vinigar crinkles by Walkers (to be honest, I've bought a multipack of these, so it'll probably be crinkles for the next few days)

Oh, it's so good.

Big thank you for Pablo0151 for stepping in for me yesterday, an interesting incite into the world of Potatoe and Leek, one which i probably will never experience.

Ah man, they've stepped up their game for today. The soup looks good and tastes amazing. Kind-of a mix between oxtail soup and really good beef sunday roast gravy. Todays soup is why i started this blog in the first place. Awesom.

p.s. Almost chocked on the last bits of beef, i though tht was worth blogging, sorry...

Hint of tomato

Went to the barbers at lunch and he told me that the soup IS NOT made from a packet, contrary to a work colleagues insurance that it is. This would explain the slight variations in taste and texture day to day. This new information makes me very happy, also, it's Friday tomorrow. :)
Today's soup is very nice, hint of tomato in there if I'm not mistaken, but that could be anything because i still have a cold and can taste strange things...

Dipping choice for today: Salt & Vinegar by Walkers (Grab bag, the classic original in my opinion, although they where better when they contained Disodium 5'-ribonucleotides as the Chilli Doritos still do)

It's soooo hot, Chilli soup was a bad choice.

Once in a while, I'm gonna end up giving the soup a bad review, today is one of those days...
It is a little bland, the consistency is not as good as normal and if i may go into more detail, the longevity of the taste is pretty poor, it normall stays around in your mouth for ages. I think todays soup was made in a rush... That said, the cup is now completely empty.

Soup Relief

Having had a particularly stress-full morning for reasons I can't/won't go into on here, 11.45 couldn't come round fast enough. It would appear that the chilli beef soup also possesses some kind of medicinal elements too, as i am now experiencing a calming wave of tranquil satisfaction. Although the very slight taste of polystyrene is worrying my ever so slightly, maybe i should take my own cup there?
